I got this product specifically because I knew I needed something to help with my period cramps and I am very happy with it! I'll put it where it hurts and then put some on my wrists to smell to distract myself from the pain. You can actually smell everything that's in it! The peppermint, eucalyptus, ginger and clove, combined with the magnesium flakes is a powerful combo! Highly recommend!
